Creating the first shampoo "just" for children
DOP is historically the brand that made the French discover liquid shampoo in the 30’s! Families used Dop from one generation to another.
However, this extraordinary adventure was dormant in the 1980s, that’s when the L'Oréal Group decided to renovate the brand completely.
For a family to grow, you need something new, which is why in line with the brand’s needs we proposed creating a new market segment by developing a range of specific shampoo for children named: P’tit Dop (little Dop).
P’tit Dop was an instant success and relaunched the brand with a new body cleansing platform to complement the haircare one.
The new design was reminiscent of the small cartons the brand used to advertise its shampoos in the 30’s.
